The nursing division's main goal is the prevention and investigation of diseases. This includes investigation of infectious diseases and outbreaks as well as prevention through immunization. Click HERE for details.

They also follow up on children who are receiving help from the Bureau for Children with Medical Handicaps, participating both in case finding and home visits of diagnosed cases.
